FAQ
Frequently asked questions about working with CDG
The things people usually ask before we start a website or business system project.
How does pricing work?
Every project gets a fixed, written quote before any work starts, not an hourly rate. You know the full price upfront, with a milestone-based payment schedule and no surprise invoices.
How long does a project take?
Websites: 1–3 weeks. Systems: 3–6 weeks, depending on scope. We agree on the timeline before work starts and tell you immediately if anything threatens it.
What technology do you use?
Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL by default, which is production-grade and easy for any future developer to maintain. You own 100% of the code; there's no lock-in to a proprietary platform.
What happens after launch? Do you disappear?
No. Every project includes a 30-day warranty covering bug fixes at no extra cost. After that, ongoing support is available through an optional Maintenance Plan.
Do you only work with businesses in the Philippines?
We're based in Iloilo City and most of our clients are here, but we also work with partners abroad. Our process is async-friendly, so distance hasn't been a problem.
I only have an idea, no spec. Can you still help?
Yes, that's normal, and it's what the first conversation is for. We'll help you scope the actual requirements together before you commit to anything.
